Here is something new, a post about a comment to a post. The following was a comment left by left coast native ”Smokey” in reference to the “San Franciscans Want to Put President Bush’s Name in the Toilet” post.

Well I certainly agree most of the reeking bacteria are clinging to the Bush mafia, mercenaries and his clotted wake. It is a mazing how stupid the people are supporting him and his stench. I do not support him under any conditions. You could basically say he has deposited our nations future in the toilet with alot of bad gassing off and lying. I would not be surprised if mr. Bushkin were slathered all over in filth such as treason, war crimes, false flag ops, theft, deception, murder, and mayhem, riding him down and miring his party and supporters in the dungheap of histroy.

 Call me crazy, but I have a hunch this guy didn’t vote for Bush.  Since I am not a liberal and thus have a sense of humor, let’s deconstruct this comment for fun:

I don’t know who the Bush mafia is, didn’t even know he was Sicilian. I think the mercenaries comment is an ill-informed reference to DoD contractors. Mercenaries are hired to fight in foreign wars for foreign governments not their own, so they aren’t mercenaries. DoD contractors are overwhelmingly US military veterans who are hired to fill security functions and other tasks such as driving trucks, logisitcs, engineering and other duties not able to be filled by the military. To counter this, the US would have to double the size of its military, or – what I prefer – not respond to any help when asked, which is what got us into the Iraq mess in the first place when the US was invited there in 1991 to drive Saddam out of Kuwait. Regardless, while there are always a few bad apples, I am sure contractor’s families such as those who witnessed their husbands and dads burnt to a crisp and hung from a bridge would appreciate the oft spoken “Mercenary” insult. And clotted wake? No idea what that means, perhaps he is referring to bloody stool? 

It is a mazing how stupid the people are supporting him and his stench. I do not support him under any conditions.

I believe “a mazing” is an indefinite verbal noun, stemming from the verb “to maze”. And not supporting him under any condition clearly signifies that Smokey doesn’t support the increased NIH budget, the appointment of the most minorities to a presidential cabinet, appointment of the highest ranking black female, lower taxes, the billions sent to Africa, the removal of the Taliban, the compliance of Libya to disarm, the compliance of North Korea to destroy its nukes, and the removal of Saddam Hussein.

True, Bush is quite the liar. For example he lied about… wait what did he lie about? WMD? Nope every other nation thought the same thing, plus small amounts of bio and undeclared production material was eventually found. Yellow cake from Niger? Nope, that proved to be true, just ask the Brits. The leaking of Valerie Plame’s name? Nope, that was actually Richard Armitage from State not Rove. Bush did put our nation in the toilet though, for example we haven’t even had a terrorist attack in 7 years against the homeland, aircraft or embassies, I mean come on, where is the fun in that? Incidently, that happens to be the longest stretch since the seventies that our country, interests or embassies have not been hit by a terror attack. Hmmm, that fact must surely be attributable the Democrats and their tough stance on terrorism and regimes supporting them.

Treason? I think that word would be reserved for Jose Padilla, a former gang banger turned Muslim convert who was planning on detonating a dirty bomb in Washington DC, or for people who leaked sensitive govt. secrets to protect Americans, or to a lesser extent Sandy Berger who stole classified material in order to protect information from the Clinton era. How did he steal it? Well he shoved it in his socks and underwear of course. War crimes? Like what? killing foreign fighters in Iraq who slowly decapitate living humans for the video camera and who recruit kids and mentally ill women to blow themsleves up? False flag ops? Is that a reference to 9/11 conspiracies? Yup, there’s a credible theory. Murder? so… I assume that refers to the military, and George Bush ordered them to “murder” people. Well, that would implicate all of congress as well because as most intelligent people know, the president can’t blow his nose without congressional approval and oversight. Since I was in the military at the time, I must be a murderer too.  

The GOP in the dungheap of history? Well, we ended slavery, fascism, communism, the Taliban and al-Qaeda, and have great former presidents such as: Ford, Reagan, and Bush senior. Whereas the Democrats do nothing but fool people into thinking they need them and their government handouts, They got us into Vietnam, totally failed in the Iran hostage situation, and pulled out prematurely from Somalia, further encouraging Bin Ladin. They have one great president JFK, who, were he still alive, would be considered a neo-con. A neo-con refers to a former democrat who felt that the GOP’s former adherence to isolationism needed to be altered in the wake of the holocaust. The other presidents are Carter – probably the worst president in a 100 years- and Bill Clinton. Who actually was a liar, has been accused of rape, harrassment, fraud, purgery and you name it. Oh yes and there was that whole sex with a 23 year old in the Oval Office thing. Wheeeeww, thank God for George W. Bush and his lovely wife Laura to restore some dignity to the White House. By the way, I met both Bush senior and his son the president briefly, neither of them smell.

In closing, some college aged kids like to refer to conservatives as right-wing fascists. Problem with that is, is that the USA helped crush fascism, and Republicans never received any endorsement from a fascist regime. Many far left members of the Democratic parties did embrace communism and socialism, however and was seen by the soviets as the lesser of two evils. The Soviets were very, very successful in combatting the USA by spreading half-truths and lies about capitalism, faux imperialism and other hyperbole throughout Europe and third world countries.
